Credit Cards:

Head 2 Toe Softball is a division of Head 2 Toe Cheer, Inc. Your credit card transactions will be HEAD 2 TOE CHEER.

Check or Money Orders:
To be used for order that are; phone, mailed, or faxed in.
Head 2 Toe Softball will not process your order until the check or credit card payment has cleared the bank.
Your check must include the following information:

· Name

· Street address

· City, State, Zip Code

· Telephone number

· Drivers license number (to be located on memo line of check)

School / University Purchase Orders:
Head 2 Toe Softball will accept a school / university purchase order by mail or faxing. The following must be included:

· Must be submitted on school / university letter head

· School / university official’s printed full name & signature

· Contact phone number

· Purchase order total must include: merchandise, printing, tax and shipping total.

Orders will not be processed until verification is met.

Tax Exemption:
Your purchase order must accompany a tax-exempt certificate for exemption.
