RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Head 2 Toe Softball stands behind every order placed. To correct all shortages or mis-shipments in a timely manner, you must contact the Customer Service Department within 1 week of receipt of your products.
Returns and exchanges can only be made by obtaining a RA# from Head 2 Toe Softball.
Items returned or exchanged must be in a saleable condition, in unmarked boxes and unworn, unless there is a defect and we will be happy to replace the item.
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on briefs, bras or bodysuits.
Customized or embroidered items cannot be returned, unless there is a defect.
Shipping charges for returned and exchanged items are at the expense of the customer.
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied those items being returned.
